IMPACT

IMPACT

Our business provides diverse services such as shaping a vision, designing activities, tailoring administration, facilitating events, providing customer support and tracking impact.

We work with companies and organisations that want to offer teenagers the opportunity to learn more about careers in their field and give them a chance to pursue their dreams.

1. Helping shape a vision for their diversity and inclusion initiatives related to young people and future talent pipeline

2. Broadening their scope of outreach through our communications experience and network of relationships of organisations and schools.

3. Streamlinig administration, helping prevent the chaos of an ad hoc approach that can result in low engagement and being on the side of somebody's desk.

4. Administering registration and communications processes that offer people in less advantaged situations equal opportunities to participate.

5. Designing a learning experience that is inclusive to a diverse group of people whether that is from a perspective of geography, learning styles and abilities, gender, religion, race and cultural background.

6. Recruiting guest speakers, facilitators and use case studies that highlight diversity of age, gender, race, geography, culture and life experience.

7. Investing in and using innovative thinking and technology that maximises diversity whether that's in how groups are structured or by algorithmically ensuring people meet as many other new people as possible during a learning experience.

8. Delivering activities that enable participants to play to their strengths while working with others who can help them practice other key skills.

9. Working with groups to offer free resources, making things like financial literacy as well as science and tech chances open to everyone.

10. Building relationships with organisations who support less advantaged young people and communities e.g. living in rural areas or without traditional contacts in professional spheres.

11. Constantly seeking participant feedback and review our practices to ensure we push the boundaries of diversity, equity and inclusion and meet our clients' goals.

12. Providing summary reports to clients of our DEI and impact after each event to identify achievements in diversity, inclusion, advancements in participants' skills, mindsets and areas for improvement in future projects.
